'Desi Girl' casts her magic! Priyanka Chopra Jonas secures the top slot in the list of most searched Indian actresses


It won't be wrong to say Priyanka Chopra has achieved a global status with sheer hard work and talent. The actress, when arrived in Bollywood had no Godfathers behind her and cut to now, she is a Godmother to million youngsters and aspiring actors. Priyanka, keeping up with her star status, has sprinkled the glitters of charm in various spectrums and platforms including films and the Internet. She hasn't just made her presence felt in Bollywood but in Hollywood too and has undoubtedly accounted to many falling in love with her charming and positive aura instantly. As a result of winning hearts globally, the Bajirao Mastani actress has fetched herself the status of the top Indian actress across the world who made a maximum impact on people. Well, yes.

Recently, a study website named SEMrush, conducted a survey to check which Indian actress made maximum impact on people around the world, the top name to pop up was that of Priyanka. The study contained global data from October 2018 to October 2019. In 2019 Priyanka was searched 2.74 million times. Interestingly, a break up of the study revealed that Priyanka is searched every month with a volume of 4.2 million. Others to follow her name on the list were the likes of Sunny Leone and Deepika Padukone.
