Masaba Gupta's newest co-ord set has a plus-size model showcasing it and the internet cannot keep calm

Masaba Gupta's latest design was worn by a plus-size model and the internet had an upheaval. The model looked stunning in a green co-ord set and the comment section was flooded with compliments. The ace designer is a part of a long list of Indian designers such as Sabyasachi who have chosen plus-size models and make their outfits look glorious!

Known for her out-of-the-box ideas and various methods to be more inclusive, it was an important move on the designer's half to pave way for more plus-sized models to enter mainstream modeling. And what a look it was! The model chosen by the label was Sobia Ameen for her effortless fashion and swoon-worthy styling.

Sobia looked spectacular in the green checkered dog print trackee. For Masaba's creation, Sobia was styled by INEXACTORANGE and let the makeup kit go. Instead, she went for a bold brown lip and paired the co-ord set with a pair of white sneakers to give it an edgy look.

The model completed her look with heavy jhumkas and a double-layered necklace that fit the cross fusion feel of the look.

The comments section of both the posts was flooded by fans with all the love and support for the label and the model.

However, this is not the first time the designer line has had its designs modeled by a plus-size model. Previously, Sobia herself has graced the star designer's Instagram account as she represented the designer line's creation for her sister's haldi.
