Gossip Girl trailer brings a bird’s eye-view of the scandalous lives of Manhattan’s elite in an intriguing trailer

Nine years ago, fans were left wondering what would happen next after the Gossip Girl website went dark. Now, the notorious blogger has resurfaced as the number one source into the scandalous lives of Manhattan’s rich elites, and gives a sneak peek via the revival series’ official trailer.

The trailer starts with the all-too-perfect sync of Frank Ocean’s Super Rich Kids playing in the background as Manhattan’s Upper East Side welcome a new student into their friends group. However, she seems far from naïve and innocent as she soon cozies up to one of the girl’s boyfriends. But that is a small worry as, “there’s a big secret amongst the ruling class at Constance Billard,” the anonymous titular blogger warns. The trailer infuses enough intrigue with epic parties, fashion shows, secret kisses to keep the audience hooked.
